The JJ Electronic 12AY7 is a low microphonic tube built in the same rugged fashion as all JJ preamp tubes.
This tube offers the classic warm 12AY7 sound with rich and balanced harmonics when pushed enough to break up.
It’s a great choice for authentic tweed tones but can also help clean up amps when used in place of a 12AX7.
